Many people ask us what the difference is between standard and express delivery. The main difference is the speed in which the tiles will be with you, if you need them quickly then our express delivery option is faster, but is an additional £15 (ex vat). The delivery timescale for express delivery is 2-3 working days, however if your order is placed before 10am and we have the stock ready to go, depending on where you need the tiles sent to, in many cases we can deliver them on the next working day. However it is important to be aware that with the express delivery option, as we try to get the tiles to you as quickly as possible that we are not able to book your tile delivery in with you. There does however need to be someone available at the property to sign for the tiles. Eco Policy is important to us. Because a large amount of the tiles we sell are made here in Britain from Brittish clay and shipped direct to our customers – This means lower prices to you and less cost to the environment. Those tiles that are not made in the UK are already here! We do not source from overseas – helping to get your tiles to you quicker. After all, it’s a little known fact that UK clay is the best in the world so it’s gets shipped to Italy and Spain where it is made into tiles and often shipped back to the UK!
