January Price Increases.

For the last seven years, TileClick have always provided our customers with good quality products at the best prices we can on our tiles and accessories.
We appreciate the current economic climate, but unfortunately all of our suppliers are implementing forced increases in January. The increasing cost of oil, gas, petrol etc are all the reasons that manufacturers and hauliers are being forced to cover their costs and unfortunately our keen pricing policy means we have to increase our costs proportionately.
At this moment in time we are not fully aware of the increases, but we will aim to keep them to a minimum.
Increased emission zone areas around London will also mean that certain London and surrounding areas may need to pay a surcharge as we are unable to absorb these increases.
These increases will only take effect from January 1st 2012 so please order as soon as possible to avoid these increases as we will not be able to honour 2011 prices once the increases have been implemented.

TileClick are pleased to announce our brand new TileClick Trade website.  It is a dedicated website just for the trade community.  There will shortly be a link on TileClick’s homepage taking you directly to it.  On the logi in page of the trade site there is a sign up for a trade account button.  Once you have filled out our simple form and provided us with two copies of invoices or correspondence addressed to your business we will send you your exclusive user name and password.

As Christmas is quickly approaching us, we thought we should make you aware of our delivery timescales over the festive period.

The latest day for ordering your kitchen and bathroom tiles on standard delivery if you require your delivery before Christmas is before 10am on Monday 20th December.

However,  if you are placing your order on express delivery, then it needs to be before 10am on Tuesday 21st December.

This is subject to us having the products you require in stock.  If you would like to check, please contact us before making your order.  The last delivery day before Christmas is Thursday 23rd December.

Standard or Express Delivery?

Many people ask us what the difference is between standard and express delivery.  The main difference is the speed in which the tiles will be with you, if you need them quickly then our express delivery option is faster, but is an additional £15 (ex vat).  The delivery timescale for express delivery is 2-3 working days, however if your order is placed before 10am and we have the stock ready to go, depending on where you need the tiles sent to, in many cases we can deliver them on the next working day.  However it is important to be aware that with the express delivery option, as we try to get the tiles to you as quickly as possible that we are not able to book your tile delivery in with you.  There does however need to be someone available at the property to sign for the tiles.

Happy New Year Everyone!

Well, what a start – as a serious winter sweeps across the whole of the UK, the country falls into a state of panic and frustration – 3 days after the worst of the snow some homes are still without electricity which is terrible news.

At our offices, we have about 14″ of snow all together, making things pretty chaotic to say the least.

TileClick offer a very inexpensive sample tiles ordering service – infact, if you order your main order from us and spend over £100 exc vat, they’re free!! as you can claim your money back using your sample refund code that will be in your email receipt.

Although this may take a couple of days, it really is worthwhile knowing what you are ordering for your bathroom. TileClick take our descriptions from the manufacturers to try and be as accurate as we can, although, these descriptions can be more ‘technical’ than visual.

Grosvenor Graphite Wall Tile!

The Grosvenor Range by British Ceramic Tile, was one of TileClick’s best selling bathroom tile ranges, since we started in 2004.  However unfortunately it was discontiued by the manufacturer earlier this year.  TileClick have the last few pallets of the Grosvenor Graphite wall tile CAN36529 and as we need to make space for new lines have decided to clear these tiles to make space.  Therefore they are available at a fantastic price of just £8.69 (ex vat) or £9.99 (inc vat) per square metre.  Make sure you don’t miss out as once they are gone, there will not be any more!

Order your tiles by tomorrow, if you need them before Christmas

As Christmas is fast approaching, TileClick just wants to remind you if your hoping to have your tiles before Christmas, then you need to make sure you order them by tomorrow. After this date (17th December), we cannot guarantee that your tiles will be with you this Christmas. Therefore, in order to avoid any disappointment have a look on our website (www.tileclick.co.uk) and order your tiles or if your prefer, give us a call 01428 751194 and we will be able to take your order over the telephone. Once the 17th December has been and gone, we will obviously still try to get your tiles to you as soon as possible. However with everyone having a Christmas break, it may be that your tiles will be with you in the new year. In some instances, the 2nd January will be classed as the first working day in some standard deliveries, when orders are placed after the 24th December. So… just remember order today or tomorrow if you need them soon.

If you require your tiles before Christmas…

If you require your tiles before Christmas, then TileClick asks you to please make sure that you place your order on or before Wednesday 17th December (two weeks from today!). Most orders placed after the 18th December on standard delivery may not be delivered until after the 2nd Jan as this date will be considered the first working day. In certain circumstances we may be able to deliver between Christmas and New Year. However we will be operating with very limited coverage and this will need to be arranged in advance. Therefore we strongly recommend that in order to avoid any disappointment, you place your order before the 17th December.

When will I get my tiles?

Our standard delivery service will mean that your tiles will be with you within 3-5 working days. You will receive a telephone call to ‘book in’ the delivery, so that you can make sure that it will happen at a convenient time to you. This service is free on orders over £100 exc VAT, orders under £100 exc VAT will be charged at £30 plus VAT. The other delivery service TileClick offers is Express delivery, your tiles will be delivered within 2-3 working days if you choose this option. The price of this service is £15 when your order is over £100 exc VAT or £45 if you order is under £100 exc VAT. These orders are not normally booked in, but it is important for someone to be there to sign for the delivery.
