For the last seven years, TileClick have always provided our customers with good quality products at the best prices we can on our tiles and accessories.
We appreciate the current economic climate, but unfortunately all of our suppliers are implementing forced increases in January. The increasing cost of oil, gas, petrol etc are all the reasons that manufacturers and hauliers are being forced to cover their costs and unfortunately our keen pricing policy means we have to increase our costs proportionately.
At this moment in time we are not fully aware of the increases, but we will aim to keep them to a minimum.
Increased emission zone areas around London will also mean that certain London and surrounding areas may need to pay a surcharge as we are unable to absorb these increases.
These increases will only take effect from January 1st 2012 so please order as soon as possible to avoid these increases as we will not be able to honour 2011 prices once the increases have been implemented.

TileClick are pleased to announce our brand new TileClick Trade website.  It is a dedicated website just for the trade community.  There will shortly be a link on TileClick’s homepage taking you directly to it.  On the logi in page of the trade site there is a sign up for a trade account button.  Once you have filled out our simple form and provided us with two copies of invoices or correspondence addressed to your business we will send you your exclusive user name and password.

When you have received your user name and password, you will be able to log in to buy at fantastic trade prices, either in full pallets or in packs.  There is a wide range of bathroom, kitchen, wall and floor tiles to choose from as well as ancillary products and, as long as your order is over £150 (ex vat), you will also qualify for free standard delivery.  Standard delivery is 3-5 working days, and you will receive a telephone call to book in your delivery.  We also offer a faster delivery option for an additional £15 (ex vat).

As Christmas is quickly approaching us, we thought we should make you aware of our delivery timescales over the festive period.

The latest day for ordering your kitchen and bathroom tiles on standard delivery if you require your delivery before Christmas is before 10am on Monday 20th December.

However,  if you are placing your order on express delivery, then it needs to be before 10am on Tuesday 21st December.

This is subject to us having the products you require in stock.  If you would like to check, please contact us before making your order.  The last delivery day before Christmas is Thursday 23rd December.

All orders placed between Wednesday 22nd December 2010 and Monday 3rd January 2011 will begin to be despatched on Tuesday 4th January 2011.  Between 23rd December and 3rd January there will be no-one in the office, however if you do need to get in contact with us, the best way is via email: info@tileclick.co.uk.  We will do our best to respond as soon as possible.  TileClick wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Many people ask us what the difference is between standard and express delivery.  The main difference is the speed in which the tiles will be with you, if you need them quickly then our express delivery option is faster, but is an additional £15 (ex vat).  The delivery timescale for express delivery is 2-3 working days, however if your order is placed before 10am and we have the stock ready to go, depending on where you need the tiles sent to, in many cases we can deliver them on the next working day.  However it is important to be aware that with the express delivery option, as we try to get the tiles to you as quickly as possible that we are not able to book your tile delivery in with you.  There does however need to be someone available at the property to sign for the tiles.

If you are not in as much of a panic for your tiles and would like a telephone call to book in your delivery, then it would be advisable to select the standard delivery option.  This is a 3-5 working day service and is free (to the majority of postcode) when your order is over £100 (ex vat).  To view more information on your tile delivery please click here.

Well, what a start – as a serious winter sweeps across the whole of the UK, the country falls into a state of panic and frustration – 3 days after the worst of the snow some homes are still without electricity which is terrible news.

At our offices, we have about 14″ of snow all together, making things pretty chaotic to say the least.

This weather has had a serious impact on our deliveries, catching up with the backlog and getting our own deliveries in to replenish stock is taking longer than usual, but we would like to apologies to all our customers who have had deliveries delayed and your patience is appreciated! We can assure you we are doing everything possible to make our deliveries happen as quickly as possible as well as calling to advise of any delays when ever we can.

I know at home this weather has really made the benefit of floor tiles by the back door come into their own, ok, they maybe a little cold, but all the snowy boots and clothes that have been left there are easily cleaned up and we are not left with a soggy carpet.

Lets hope the weather improves very soon!!

Although this may take a couple of days, it really is worthwhile knowing what you are ordering for your bathroom. TileClick take our descriptions from the manufacturers to try and be as accurate as we can, although, these descriptions can be more ‘technical’ than visual.

As an example there are different variations of gloss, wall tiles are often ‘glossier’ than floor tiles, as floor tiles are required to be more slip resistant, so they appear to be more of a satin or soft sheen.

There are also different shades of whites!! Gloss white tiles are usually brighter and fresher than a satin white wall tile which can appear to be more off white.

These are just a couple of examples that really highlight why we have a sample ordering service and the benefits if making use of it. Whilst all the wall tiles have been discontinued, the Grosvenor Floor Tile CANImfGraf is still available.  A very popular grey floor tile, which will beautifully compliment the Graphite Wall Tile, this 333 x 333mm tile, will look stunning in any bathroom.
