Ordering a sample – It is important that you see a sample of the tile before you place a main order, we refund the cost of this because it is an important part of the purchasing process, making sure you get the tile you want.
Tiles are heavy and breakable which makes them a tricky item to ship but for samples, we send them by courier and for you r main order they come strapped to a pallett to ensure their safety. In the event that they do get damaged in transit we ask that you check them on their arrival and let us know as quickly as possible so that we can resolve this for you.
