A Lincolnshire based customer kindly took the time to write in with a letter which we would like to share with you;

Dear Sir,
I have dealt with your company online on a number of occasions over the last few years and have received excellent service each time.
However, I recently tried to put in an order online for a tile I’d purchased before but was informes they were “out of stock”.
I then phoned your company to ask when they would be available again. I spoke to a Hannah Levy who told me that particular tile had been discontinued.
Hannah could have left it at that, but she didnt – she offered to check if there were any left in the warehouse.
She phoned back within the hour to say she was sorry there were only four packs, but she would check all your other sources.
Finally, at 5.30pm on a Friday evening, she rang back to tell me she had found enough packs to supply my order.
Many people wouldn’t have botthered and I would have been none the wiser. As it is I am absolutely and delighted – thanks to Hannah, who acted far beyond the call of duty.
