| Comments | The telephone response was friendland efficient. Above all I could understandard the lady operator who was most courteous. No infuriatingauto-response telephone system . The delivery man was also very courteous and obliging. A very agreeable experience compared with other organisations having call-centres manned by people speaking pigeon English. But,the space bar appears inoperative! |

Hi Jeremy
Just to let you know the replacement tiles arrived today – quicker even than I dared hoped for. I can’t thank you enough for your help. My wife has MS and has been in hospital for the last weeks but is due home next week and the tiles I ordered are to convert our en-suite to a wet-room so she can shower in a wheelchair and which, thankfully, she will be able to do thanks to your help.
