Ceramic and Porcelain tiles are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. There are a great variety of shapes, sizes, shade, designs, textures – all of which can enhance the beauty of your home, you can start your tile search here.

Wall Tiles

The most common place that tiles are used! In bathrooms and kitchens wall tiles provide a waterproof barrier, as well as an hygienic and practical solution to lots of different styles and trends that is required in todays new and refurbished home projects.

Floor Tiles

Hard wearing and durable, floor tiles can cover a small or large area, different finishes and sizes means they can be used almost any where, in any room. Floor tiles have a PEI rating which is used to test their durability for abrasion, the higher the PEI, the more durable the surface is to scratching when being walked on with shoes.

Worktop Tiles

Worktop tiles used to be all the rage! But hygiene issues with food preparation and the grouted joints began to deter people. Newer technology with grouts and grout sealers that vastly improve the long term appearance and suitability of tiles on a worktop are seeing a slow rise in tiles used in this app.

Bathroom Tiles

There are so many designs, shapes, sizes available I could go on for ever in this section, however, the importance of choosing the correct adhesive and grout depending on your room is almost as important as the tiles you choose – waterproof adhesive in shower areas, felxible adhesive if you have a wooden floor, etc etc.

Hopefully the bad weather is now behind us, we have almost caught up with all of our deliveries of tiles that were delayed because of the snow and general bad weather from last week.

Were now hoping for a quick improvement on the weather, as I am sure most of us have had enough of the cold, wet and windy weather, which makes any job, even inside ones that mean you have to go to the shed to get your tools!

We have just supplied some tiles to a customer who is tiling their cloak room, only a few square metres, and they got the tiles fixed on the wall ok before the snow. thye were very pleased as the room was fairly small and they had to tile behind the basin, toilet cistern and the radiator and water pipes.

They then expected the grouting to be relatively quick, but the weather has meant they havent been able to even get outside to their shed to get their buckets, floats and sponges. With their first mix of grout they did about 30%, but then just didnt want to go outside again!! Now its all finished, and they are really happy with the finished job!

Unfortunately we have to advise that 3 of the Wet by Hemingway Design range of ceramic wall tiles have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

The 3 ranges to go are Toothbrush, Flower and Scribble, other than being advised of this Tileclick have sold the current stock that we have and will not able to get any more from the manufacturer. This is dissapointing for us as these tile were hugely popular but we can only assume that their individuality and quirkiness didnt meet the general demand of the bristish publish for these ranges to be manufactured continually.

In addition, the grey and natural quadrant circle tiles in the hemp range have also fallen victim to this decision.

On a more positive note, the shells, hemp and ringo are still staying production and will remain so indefinately.
