Delivery Rates & Times

Delivery Options

As a standard part of our service, all of our pallet deliveries are dispatched with an instruction to the depot delivering your tiles to ‘book in’ the delivery. This service allows an arrangement to be made with you for the delivery to happen at a convenient time, making sure you are at home and avoiding any possible extra delivery charges. The booking in process can, at times mean an extra day on the delivery period to allow the arrangements to be made.The service is to deliver the tiles onto your property as close to your door as can be achieved. Tiles are depatched on pallets so a smooth level access must be available to achieve this. For insurance purposes, tiles cannot be taken inside your home. Deliveries to flats, will be to ground floor only as the drivers are not insured to take the pallets upstairs or in lifts.

Express  Delivery:  To get your order to you as quickly as possible, if you select the express delivery option, your order will be sent to you the day following despatch. You may not receive a phone call from the delivery company, but will need to be at home to sign for the delivery or re-delivery charges may apply. 

Rates below are for Mainland UK deliveries, all offshore deliveries to be quoted on per order.

Standard delivery – Free on all orders over £100 exc vat, delivery time 3 – 5 days, booked in. Orders under £100 exc vat will be charged at £30+vat ( Please see note below for Scottish Post Codes)

Express Delivery – 2 – 3 days, £15.00 exc vat. These orders will most likely NOT be booked in, but will need to have someone to sign for the delivery. (order under £100 exc vat required on Express Delivery will be charged at £45+vat (£30 for less than £100+ £15 express delivery))

A.M Delivery - £20 exc vat.

Saturday delivery - £40 exc vat,

Note : Customers in Scotland ordering under £150 exc vat in the following mainland postcodes, PA, DD, PH, IV, KW, AB, prior to delivery will be contacted for an additional delivery charge.  All offshore postcodes will be quoted for on a ‘Price on Application’ basis.  If you would like more information on these charges please call Tileclick before placing an order. In these Postcodes, the standard 3-5 day service may be extended to up to 10 working days, please check delivery times prior to ordering. These most Northern postcodes are also not guranteed a next day delivery - Please check prior to ordering.
