Cancelling an Order
- We try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and subject to stock and timings endeavour to get orders packed and despatched the day the order arrives with us. If you cancel after your order is on the lorry there may be a charge to you for cancelling the order to cover our expense in returning the pallet to the warehouse for re-sale.
- If you decide when you receive your order, to cancel, the cost of deliveringand returning the tiles to us will be deducted from any refund due.
- If you are cancelling the order because you feel the goods are faulty, TileClick Ltd reserve the right to have the tiles collected and returned to the manfuacturer for testing - if the manufacturer's test show they are defective a full refund will be issued, if they are not delivery and collection charges will apply.
