We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Tileclick. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition and the range is still for sale via our website. 

If you require Tileclick to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles). 

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Tileclick reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
